DISCIPLING is OUR BUSINESS DISCIPLESHIP Has the adversary used your religious organization to lead you in the wrong direction? Do you fit as a real citizen of the Kingdom God? Has the Christian community lost the concept of discipleship? Is the newborn Christian being discipled in the manner which Jesus taught? Have you been discipled or are you still in diapers since becoming a New-Born? Why is this important? Matt 28:20 Jesus said we're to be baptized and taught to observe all things He has commanded. Since God's Word tells us that Jesus is His Word, we must know what He has commanded to observe them. II Timothy 2:15 instructs verly clearly to, "Study to show thyself approved unto God." There are religious organizations which not only don’t teach that a person must study the Word, or be born again, some even laugh at the idea. Every thing about Christ-ianity must follow the examples of “Jesus, The Christ” or it is just another god worship (worship of another god). You could say, another religious form. There are many religions, but only one true God. The God who created the heavens and the earth and all that are in them. This is the God who loves His creation so much, that even after it was infected with sin (separated from Him), He sent Himself in the fleshly form He called, “His only begotten Son” whom He named Jesus, to be a sacrifice (ransom payment), for the return of His loved ones. His loved ones are you and me. In John 1:1-14 of God’s Word (The Holy Bible) it is made quite clear that Jesus is God’s Word. This being known, it is also quite clear that to become a Christian, we must be “Born Again” (John 3:3). It doesn’t take a rocket scientist to understand that a new born must be trained up, and taught. All who have been redeemed from the bondage of sin must be discipled through a Holy Spirit taught Teacher. Notice, I didn’t say a graduate of a Theological Seminary. Not one of Jesus disciples called himself. Each one was called by Jesus and instructed to “Follow Me” by the Lord. Remember that “Jesus is God’s Word” so following Him is what is directed of all disciples. Only Disciples and Apostles make up the true Church of our Lord Jesus the Christ. Disciples are the “New Born” Learners and the Apostles are the Holy Spirit taught teachers. A person must be a Disciple before He can become an Apostle. There were many who followed Jesus for a while, but then fell away when they heard Him teach something they didn’t agree with. This meant they chose not to be a citizen of His Kingdom. God said “My thoughts are above your thoughts”. Does Jesus' teachings have to line up with my thinking or my lifestyle, for me to follow Him? I would be a stupid person to think in that manner. If I’m a “New Born” son or daughter of God, I must have my mind renewed by the renewing of God’s Word (Jesus). Romans 12:2 “And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God.” Our goal is at least one in each state. INTRODUCTION God has laid out a definate plan for the salvation of His "created man" and made it quite clear that we are to be obedient to it. Remember, the original fall of man was because of his disobedience in the garden of Eden.
